CantGetAMortgageBot got a mortgage! She's had to sell her top of the range Range Rover to help affordability, claiming she had to pay 6k in negative equity, if thats true then she really was desperate to get rid of that monthly payment. Her partners van is "still with Ford getting fixed", the speech marks may be taken Austin powers style 😏 Also, she is only pm-ing people the new house, unlike the last two moves which were flaunted on Facebook, I'd like to say it's her being more savvy due to having kids but I'm sure we can all guess the real reason...! No more fancy houses and back to cars the average Joe can drive, all she can promote as a lifestyle is free travel, even then that's only twice a year and that's if she is lucky. Not sure if she bought ticket to GR but certainly lost her cheque last year after two years of cheques so be surprising if she qualifies at all next time.

It basically sounds like it's a title they give to someone to keep them on the recruitment treadmill, to keep them from giving up and to make them feel that they've got to meet the expectation of that title (so work even harder).

Yes, there doesn't seem to be much of an actual reward to it until you get to the higher level eagle managers, apart from the trip.

As I said before, a trip to Thailand would be quite nice, but definitely not worth it for 3 days (probably largely taken up with 'trainings' and other enforced activities).

Wonder what that will be (one of the agenda items is 'success days are changing' so possibly linked.

Yes, FLP's UK events used to be quite a money spinner and an effective way to further rinse the assembled Huns, as well as reinforce the brainwashing.

This is no longer the case. Figures for the revenue from 'events' for the 3 latest years available are:
2015: £850K
2016: £590K
2017: £330K

There is every reason to believe that this figure has gone further South since then.

I await the big announcement with interest.

FLP realise they have to keep the dream alive for anyone just starting out, Lack of qualifiers attending these events is a huge red flag exposing the dire decline that they are in currently in the UK.

They haven't announced who the speakers or MC will be on the success day. They are usually named when the success day is announced and tickets go on sale.

I guess all of those who have achieved promotions will go so that will be a lot less than in previous years. How can you be promoted if you own your own business? Do you start off opening the post and then in ten years time manage to work yourself up the corporate ladder until you are in charge of all employee's, which is just you?

at one point - it was on Escape to the Country prior to them renting it (presumably it didnt sell) so they then they rented it from the previous occupants who happened to be Charley Webb and Matt Wolfenden. VG seems to have abandoned FLP now and is styling herself as a yoga, meditator, traveller etc.

Mortgage and PHD Bot were "besties" at one point with PHD taking her to an Eagles Retreat as her guest the first year when she couldn't qualify fast enough herself. She is now quite good friends with HG whose Bot name escapes me but she has been mentioned before - she did a big training on hashtags and instagram. They are friends despite being completely different teams.

Mortgage Bots Cheque in 2016 was 11,052. In 2017 it was 10,775. No cheque 2018 and 2019 but still pushing the Kool Aid. Shes a bit of a mean girls type character, everyone wants to be her friend and have her attention but once you get to know her she is bitchy and vacuous.

As I don’t do the nails 💅 malarkey how do people deal with personal stuff and housework etc. It was eyebrows that distracted me. I note there is over 400 views and only a handful of likes. Considering they have lots of fans, not impressive. A real company would call it a day with that.
