Hi, just received a fine from Highview Parking after overstaying in tesco Silverburn carpark in Glasgow. Quick Google search says these are not enforceable in Scotland as registered car keeper and driver cannot be proved to be the same. Has anyone dealt with these before? Am I best to reply saying the registered keeper wasn't driving (which is correct in this instance) or just ignore?
