Its forever living's global rally. Watching the top bots collect greatly reduced cheques.

Remember to always check companies house to check if someone in your upline is really earning what they say.

France that is truly fascinating article you posted Shock.

Quote "If he say’s, “No”, then thank him for his time, suggest you keep in touch, as circumstance can change, but ask him in the meantime
who he knows, who would value a £100,000 a year."

Who the actual fuck wouldn't value £100,00 a year? But not with a thinly veiled pyramid scheme. As for 'keeping in touch', isn't it recommended that "no means not just now" and to get back in touch with the 'prospect' at least ten times?

Quote "You will occasionally get a rude person; feel sorry for them, life must be pretty miserable if they can’t be polite. Thank them and wish them a nice day. Walk away from them.

If it were me, I would have run away from them first. If a stranger invades your personal space and 'prospects' you without your consent, surely you are free to tell them to get lost and leave them alone?

Particularly as the bot is manipulating the conversation by lying about "being too busy to talk about the opportunity but here is a CD to watch, and give me your contact details" so I can call you over and over again and wear you down until you agree to a follow up visit.

So, that's how it is done. It is clear the unscrupulous people will do very well in this business, the ability to lie and deceive is a prerequisite to any hope of success i.e. a sociopathic personality.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/05/2019 21:10

My OH took that 'training' as gospel. There was a large folder of "NRNs" that sat on her desk and got revisited on a regular basis.

In my book, "not right now" means "I'm too polite to tell you to fuck off, but keep pushing me and I might just punch you in the throat".

Knowing that all of our friends and relatives were listed in that folder made it even harder for me to want to go out and meet them as a couple.

Mielabel · 15/05/2019 21:14

Twenty twenty- yes that’s my story! Sorry on my phone and wouldn’t let me tag you properly.

So glad it helped you. Bit embarrassing to tell it now! I wish I’d come across a forum like this when I was still in it.

Jigsawpuzzle · 15/05/2019 21:14

It was a family friends birthday yesterday and I found myself going through the over 90 friends who wished her happy birthday to see if any were bots, none there. Does anyone else do that?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/05/2019 21:20

Would you have listened though, @Mielabel, or did you need to work it out for yourself before you'd be prepared to?

fromdownwest · 15/05/2019 21:32

I assume that this is a silly question, but I assume that the bots all hold an ICO licence, have annual DPA training, are fully GDPR compliant and have a solid and robust optout marketing strategy.

I also assume that their Biznizz lap tops are fully encrypted and that no client data is held on their phones.

All joking aside, are they ever challenged on this. 20/20 - was your wife ever aware of the above, and the dangers of holding client data without consent?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/05/2019 21:43

She had training in this as a complementary therapist, prior to being botted. She was pretty thorough in maintaining patient confidentiality and keeping their records under lock and key.

In her botting activities, she was much less thorough, but I'm not sure any information she kept was not in the public domain anyway. By the time GDPR came in, we were not really on terms that would have allowed a conversation on the subject, so I don't really know.

The botted world seems to have a whole different set of rules regarding what is ethically, morally, socially economically, etc acceptable. Different rules apply, and facts are subjective...

Whiterangey · 16/05/2019 07:25

Twenty, I never fail to be horrified at what you and your kids had to put up with.

Have you considered writing a book or writing out your whole story? It would really make clear what happens when someone is botted and the effect it has on the family. It wrecked your relationship and a huge chunk of your partner's life that she had spent dedicated to forever.

StrongTeaDropOfMilkNoSugar · 16/05/2019 07:33

I’ve just realised that my Arbotte has taken her kids out of school this week so they can be with her in Vegas at the global rally thing they have this weekend!

I don’t have kids, so don’t know the process, but I thought schools took a pretty dim view of this these days, and isn’t meant to be really disruptive to their education?

suedoname · 16/05/2019 07:38

QLS training is straight from the USA Royal baldy of mlm.

Funny thing about baldy guru is that he was booted from his mlms for his unethical way of working, he put $$$$$ into the pocket of a well known sweary entrepreneur who said mlm has no coaching system so he should set that up.

And he did, that's how he made his millions and that's what the boys followed.

All American boy guru did time in jail for insurance fraud.
UK ninja guru that they all follow is in forums labelled as a fraud along with his dad. They ripped people off thousands apparently.

Yet, they all follow blindly.

suedoname · 16/05/2019 07:48

@Jigsawpuzzle they rarely post on a wall for birthdays.

Ninja guru tells everyone to make a funny videos on apps like and send them straight to the inbox.

It's more personal and oh soooo funny you'll be remembered forever for going that 'extra mile' to celebrate their day.

Nothing says "Join me, I'm serious in business" than a grown adult with snapchat big lips singing happy birthday to you when you're not turning 7.

Whiterangey · 16/05/2019 08:48

I don't understand how they follow these gurus blindly, they all give me the creeps. They really make me feel icky and uncomfortable in a way I can't really put into words properly but my whole body reacts negatively.

Mielabel · 16/05/2019 09:04

@Twentytwentyhindsight To be honest I think I would have. I had never heard of MLM, loads I knew (and family) were at least dabbling in one, I was pumped full of American guru MLM training (especially baldy and all-american), trusted my upline and I didn't think of it as anything more than legit. This was years ago when it was just stirring on social media so there was nothing at all to counteract it.

When I first stumbled onto a site telling me otherwise (think it was 'behind mlm' or something like that) I was hooked and started to question it. But I was still being told they didn't understand, were not well informed and that all around me were proof of successful business builders if only I worked harder. So I kept reading both sides, made my mind up, and got a J.O.B- the ultimate expression of failure.

So much happier in my J.O.B. And it's so much easier! People work flat out on MLM and go crazy about incentives abroad. I take myself off on holidays to amazing places, getting paid while I do so thanks to annual leave, getting paid if I end up too sick to work, I have great people to chat to, work I love, steady income to plan my future with, a progression plan... yes it can be hard finding the right job for you but it's laughable how much better it is than MLM.

I do think there should be more flexible jobs though. That's pretty much why anyone gets sucked in an MLM anyway, especially new parents. 9-5 office environment isn't realistic in these times anymore, especially now we have so much opportunity for remote working.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 16/05/2019 10:05

Broke is shilling his RevitalU shite on the MLM exposed FB page, of all places!

Can't intervene at the moment, as I don't have access to my burner account and I don't want him to block me as he provides me with much entertainment!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 16/05/2019 10:09

@Mielabel - Thanks. We hadn't heard of MLMs either when my OH joined FL. When I did look into it and try to draw her attention to the issues surrounding them, she reacted quite strongly and dug her heels in.

Seems you weren't drawn in as quick or as deep.

Awholeheapofnothing · 16/05/2019 10:11

Due to the distinct lack of cheques this year - inevitably the tax man and his charges will loom large on the horizon.
The 1% of people who did manage to get something will find handing over the entire amount to pay last years excesses - hard to bear.
What do they do - switch to another mlm? Unless your downline is large and they by and large follow you - then you are screwed.
If you recall when Arrriiix started in the UK and many jumped ship, posting - Thank you Forever videos - just how many of them survived ?
That was a horror show waiting to happen.
Maybe bots have learnt from that lesson and choose not to repeat - not many survived in the mlm world after that.

MLM is a business that is not sustainable - it never was - they top brass know this, but using questionable tactics keeps minions active and engaged!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 16/05/2019 10:20

Good point @Awholeheapofnothing, but at barely a dozen UK cheques (including the sad yoga mats), it is far, far fewer than 1% of UK bots getting anything in Stockholm.

I don't know how many FLP bots are left, but there are probably quite a few more than 15,000, which would leave quite a bit fewer than 0.1% getting a cheque to give to HMRC...

fromdownwest · 16/05/2019 10:21

Great point above - it just shows that they are merely 'playing' business owners.

They were in their own bubble of money, fame and recognition. As none of them are business aware, they forgot about Income Tax, VAT, NI etc

I am glad to see that HMRC didn't forget.

Heralded as great female business leaders and paraded around like some success story.

No, the great female business leaders are the ones that have slogged tiresly on a product or service without any public recognition.

Awholeheapofnothing · 16/05/2019 10:39

There is a massive difference to what they perceived as "business owners" versus what a "traditional" business owner is seen as... I think many get carried away by the "moniker" as it sounds grandiose and earned. Imagine one day you are a teacher/child minder/ receptionist - after an initial investment - overnight you suddenly become a "business owner" ??
Many fall and have fallen foul of the romantic notions that now they have some sort of standing within the community - a person of note, forgetting all of the things that entail running a true business, lessons that need to be learnt and taxes and organisations you have to get involved with!

The fact that many are run from your kitchen table doesn't make it that exciting does it really?

Awholeheapofnothing · 16/05/2019 10:49
  • a kitchen table
fromdownwest · 16/05/2019 10:57

and they seem to love putting LTD at the end of their names like it provides some more gravitas.

I've searched a few of the smaller names on companies house and they don't exist.

It really is playground businesses.

9dartfinish2nd · 16/05/2019 11:27

Is the Ninja Networking guy the same person who appeared on the BBC docat a Younique cult rally saying Networking Marketing was the best thing you could do for your kids/family?

JackDelaney · 16/05/2019 11:59

@9dartfinish2nd Yes. He makes his living off the back of the failure of MLM reps.

Whiterangey · 16/05/2019 12:49

Castles two cheque receivers haven't posted this week either. The insolvent one posted a motivational quote but already from that morning since the 12th.

I'm wondering if they are planning a move to a new mlm, one who will appreciate Castle the way she deserves. Although I honestly can't see that as battle will lose what she has already achieved this year on the way of cc's and new business.

It's all odd

Don't rule out the possibility of an organised mass exodus to another MLM following Chequegate last weekend.
