MIL was feeding DD (17months) a fresh (not a jar) toddler meal - from the AK range from Sainsburys. Found a large piece of fatty gristle in there, def choking hazard (measured 3cm in length and at the widest part 1.25cm) - what should I do - take it back to Sainsbury's or get intouch directly with AK?

Just take it bac k to Sainsburys. They'll refund you and poss give you a fiver for the trouble.

I would contact AK, you won't get much from sainsbury's apart from your money back, but AK will probably want to protect their reputation so will probably send you lots of vouchers or something.
