So taken tradesmen to court and he come back his insurance will take over, but have said as I didn't put they got 28 days in a letter, i haven't been fair, but I didn't put any date down which for them to get back to me.
Now I'm worried if I follow through with court, they're insurance with highly paid solicitors if I lose based on stupid technicality above, they take me to court for compensation, so I maybe made to pay with no money left spade, they put it on my property
Any advice??
