Been using this for a few months. Just topped it up for this month for both DC and only one of them got awarded the full 20% match.
It says we still have plenty of the quarterly £500 left, but we've only received 12% for some reason.
I'll call them when I can to query it. Just wondered if anyone had any idea what might have happened.
