CCJ help - what does this mean?

I won’t bore you with excuses but due to a few shitty years I’ve got myself into a lot of debt. Head buried firmly in the sand ignoring the creditors has led to 2 CCJs for credit cards - one in January 2017 and one in March 2018.
Decided to grow up and address these, and spoke to the companies who actioned them to explain my circumstances. This was in March.

Just checked my clear score report as got an email saying something had changed. Against the CCJs it now says:

discharged; undefined.

From googling it says this is what happens when you declare yourself bankrupt, but I haven’t!
Does anyone know what else it could mean?

Doesn't it mean no longer outstanding - so it's all sorted now?

It shouldnt be - I haven’t paid a penny off of it yet. I had to fill an income/expenditure form and make a statement regarding my circumstances (single parent, child diagnosed with disability so I had to give up work to become full time carer.

I’ve never not worked/had debts before so don’t know how it works!
The CCJs were sent to my previous address so I wasn’t aware of them to go to court myself
