Why do Acti reps always need people to trial (or sometimes "trail") products? All they ask in return is for you to show your results and spend £17.50. What are they going to do with this much needed feedback? Why can't they just say "I need customers because I'm not selling anything!" and be done with it.

Also, I'm a bit confused as to she's asking for. She wants 25 people which she has split into 4 groups of 5? And what's wrong with people in their 40s?

An old family friend has just recruited my younger sister to juice plus. I've told her it's a scam, blah blah. The old friend did the usual 'omg! I can't believe I'm welcoming the gorgeous, stunning business mastermind kingkillers sister!' On fb. And it gave me the range. I did the angry reaction. And now my sister is pissed off im not supporting her.

I may have been a bit harsh and called her a mug etc.

She keeps saying it does work for some people. Where can I send her to make her realise she has been had?!

You need to tread extremely carefully, Your sister will see you as a hater and will not listen to anything negative about her MLM. Depending how far gone she is already it might take a while for her to work this out for herself.

Hi KingkillerKvothe, if, as sounds likely, this rep has got her claws in your sister and her trust, there may not be too much that you can do right now.
The best thing you can do in the long run is to keep contact. If she brings JP up, change the subject. When she does finally emerge the other side, bruised, upset and angry at how badly she was treated (at which point all her new "friends" will have abandoned her) don't, no matter how tempting, rebuke her. At that point, when she wants to talk about JP, let her. Because at that point it won't be recruitment or sales, it will be a rant about how they operate and use people.
Good luck and I really hope your sister doesn't spend long trapped in that company.

I can tell you now that one of the top Juice plus bots. Think she's named BBL here? Is nowhere near as minted as she makes out. The one thats now doing beauty stuff. I know someone who knows her very well and she's skint, borrowing money off an amateur sports person who's she linked to.

Exactly Twenty. Not wanting to blow my own trumpet here but I'm a postgraduate, in a professional career and worked hard to 'learn to do it' just like everyone else. You can't just strut around playing at business without looking like a knob.

Lurker here. I fear the BBC doc won't have the hard impact you hope for.

The producers have an obligation to be balanced and listen to both sides.
For example at the end of that radio clip, the reporter is asked what her advice would be to anyone thinking if joining an MLM. She said 'go in with your eyes open' or something reasonable like that, but surely after all she's learnt she's actually thinking 'Stay sway, stay well away' but can't word it so strongly.

I'm not criticising, it's obviously a thorough piece of work.

Ajgee, yes I wondered the same. Also, when Y bot talked about their "foundation" charity. Well, there's another entire expose programme in itself, uncovering the truth about this so-called charity.

I’ve just come across a bot on my local selling page. On looking at her profile it seems she has learning difficulties (she offers that information up herself)

Clearly a vulnerable young lady, very sad how they seem to target people like this!

I saw yawn’s recent manager downline had a meeting with someone about to be ‘promoted’ to supervisor. When you watch that victim’s live she says she needs to do loads to get there but it is achievable, basically if everyone she knows starts supporting her by buying from her or joining her in ‘bizniz’. So basically she is not close to achieving this ‘promotion’ at all. I really hope she doesn’t buy herself loads of crap to get it.

Victoria Derbyshire show is talking about the documentary today. Due to the snooker, it's on the BBC News channel at 10am. Should be interesting.

I hope you see this nurse and get yourself out now before you do alienate and lose your real friends. The forever shite ones are only your ‘friends’ while they think they can make money out of you.

Ajgee I Agree, the documentary may only open the eyes of a limited amount of bots in Younique and Nu Skin but the publicity this documentary generates will be potentially devastating to the existing bots ability to recruit new people.
When new people aren't found to replace the ones who inevitably fail and quit that's when the "three pointed square" begins to collapse.
