Does anyone use the BPT RTI paye filing thing? I cant get it to update to the new tax year and need to file a payment. I'm a bit hazy with it at the best of times but I cant work out what I should be doing. I have submitted my final year submission but it hasnt automatically updated to the new tax year. I guess I'll ring them in the morning but just wondered if anyone can tell me as its usually something really simple I've missed.
