as soon you get all the statements, check what are the dates and what was the cost of each charges, print/handwrite it all out onto a paper plus a letter with ya account dats and wait! - Give them 2 weeks and FOLLOW IT thru

good luck

Biglips · 26/07/2007 15:22

oops! hit the post message button twice

IMPORTANT TO POST THE LETTER BY RECORDED DELIVERY SO THEY CANT FOB YOU OFF (THE BANK)

TheMuppetMuggle · 26/07/2007 15:23

There is a template letter on moneysavingexpert site so you dont have to write it all out yourself

TheMuppetMuggle · 26/07/2007 15:28

I've got moneysavingexpert website under my favourites, so i'll get the letter from there

And i'll send em off its a considerable amount, but concerned about the new developments as stated on money expert.
