Maternity leave

Good Evening,

I started my maternity leave on the 1st Jan 19 and I'm due back on 1st Jan 20. Would I get my full 28 days holiday pay or would they minus the bank holidays as they are taken out of my entitlement normally.

28 days is Statutory Holiday Entitlement if you work 5 days per week, so you must get that. 1st Jan 2020 is a bank holiday so you might want to consider using one of your annual leave days for that one, though depends on when your holiday year runs.
