Help transferring money from US to UK

My aunt wishes to transfer some money (25k US$) from her US bank account to her account in Isle of Man. Her US bank used to do this for her on telephone instructions but say they can no longer help. She is now UK resident and wants the money to remain in US$ in her IoM account.
Does anyone know the easiest/cheapest way to do this please? Any help gratefully received.

Hi :) I always use Revolut now if I have to transfer money in a different currency. They don't charge fees, have a look here: www.revolut.com

Err they do charge a small fee for transfers over £5000, but still negligible.

Another option is TransferWise, which works quite well especially for frequent or recurring transfers. I've been using it for over a year and it's saved me so much money vs. my bank charges and exchange rate.
