As it says, I had a wobble and applied for the 30 day free credit check in August to check my score was ok starting my childminding business.

I know I cancelled it - think I did it via online link and think I also spoke to someone (to check it had gone through ok), but not sure - definitely remember deleting it from my to do list when actioned.

Anyway, this morning I see that they've taken £14.99 out of my bank every month so over £100 to date. I feel really angry but can't find a way to prove anything - my laptop has changed since then & they say they have no record of my cancelling.

I'm waiting for someone in their complaints department to call back. Can my bank help with a direct debit indemnity for the total amount or any other options?

Isn't there a recorded message when you ring Experian to say that all calls are recorded? If so, there's your evidence

I had the same, but they were taking two payments a month. Never got it back.
