I have applied for a grant with retail trust and my current online tracking status says " Application Tier- 1 Approved", does anyone know what this means please?. And how long its going to take, I was told on the 22nd March that I should get a response in a few days but I still haven't heard anything back.
I phoned them up but didn't really help me, and the lady dealing with my application is on annual leave so can't email and ask her
