Paypal refunded me too much...

I opened a dispute for an order I placed on the 25th November. Three items still haven't been dispatched, although I've had the others. The items are shown as in stock. I emailed in December and got a reply saying they'd be sent at the beginning of January. I phoned as I wanted a refund. I couldn't get through for several days, when I did they said they wouldn't issue a refund as they'd be sent at the beginning of Feb. They weren't, so I phoned again (same issues reaching them, they said beginning of March). Mid-March, when I couldn't get through again, I opened a PayPal dispute.

There was no way to open a dispute for a partial amount, but I wrote that it was for 3 items from the order. The company didn't reply to PayPal, so PP have refunded me the total. I feel like I've stolen from them! I've tried to call, but I can't get through. Yesterday I cleared out my spam and found an email from the company that had a pretty aggressive tone and ended "We await your explanations". They seem to consider it uttely unreasonable that I'd opened a dispute for 3 items undelivered almost 4 months after I ordered. The email was from before PayPal closed the dispute, so they sent a shitty email to me, but didn't bother to issue a partial refund via PayPal...

Can I get PayPal to send the money back to them? I don't really want to have to deal with them again as they're pretty unpleasant. Has anyone dealt with this kind of thing before? TIA!

No just leave it and move on - you’ve got your money, they should have responded

Had same issue with some canvas prints I ordered. Opened dispute, received one out of about 10. I got a full refund and the products arrived about 3 weeks after! Just block their communication. They’re in the wrong

I'm an eBay business seller. If someone said part of an order hadn't arrived I would issue a partial refund. I wouldn't ignore communion from PayPal as eventually, they would refund in full. Totally the fault of the seller they had plenty of time to sort it out.

Thank you for your replies! I'll just block them and leave them to it then.
