can u help me please? as its about the bank charges.....

i turn down the offer that the bank gave me and wants the full amount. i wrote back to them giving them 2 weeks or ill take them to court...but ive not heard from the bank.

What next please?

have you been in touch again? If the fortnight has passed I would write another lett and make a phone call to say you are goibng ahead and seeking leagl advice - this may sace them into actio ....hopefully1

right ive printed out another letter and i will ring them on friday to make sure that theyve got the letter and plus ill contact the small claims court for a date.

oh dear I have just noticed the dreadful spelling on my last post! I was bf at the time (my excuse!)
