Oct 2017 no idea who creditor is was never written to so CCJ on file could of easily paid the £300.00 so can I disputed this?!

You'd need to check your credit report I think that will show you who got the CCJ.

You should definitely be aware if you have a CCJ. Write to Experian, explaining that you have no recollection of this.
