home improvement loan

We need to borrow some cash to have our house extended/improved.We bought it 4 months ago and have spent the 18k we made on last house to do the upstairs,heating and windows.
As its a new mortgage I am not sure the Yorkshire will lend us any more although when we originally applied for mortgage we could have borrowed much more than we want to borrow now.

Any suggestions?

They will probably extend the loan without question! I assume you are up to date with your payments etc. If so, just tell them you need a mortgage extension. There is no time limit on such things. They may try and sell you a more expensive loan though!
