Universal credit Chilcare Proof

Hi so I have just been moved onto Universal Credit.
I currently pay £265 nursery fees and £175 after school fees a month. My claim was from the 9th of Feb until the 9th of March. I uploaded all the documents for these but didnt realize I had to do it every month (as with tax credits we would only have to send invoice once a year) so have missed the childcare payment from my claim(paid on the 7th of March). So wont be getting the help this month as I'd missed it but should get it backdated.

So i put this months childcare details in and uploaded a bank statement - which is one of the things it says you can use as proof. Now my work coach has messaged me and said that I cannot use bank statements as proof?

Has anyone else had this issue? We dont get sent invoices or anything unless requested.

Universal Credit has been an absolute nightmarwe!

I use bank statements every week to show how much I've paid to the child minder. She doesn't issue invoices so this is all I have and haven't had any problems so far, they've accepted it.

Just ask your childcare providers to send you invoices from now on!

I had uploaded the bank statements for the previous month but now the work coach is saying they aren't accepting them Confused

Her reply -
We would need the actual receipts from your childminder to verify whether any childcare payment due in AP 9/2/19 - 8/3/19. Please can you supply them and then we will calculate your childcare appropriately, unfortunately a bank statement is acceptable.

My provider sent me a breakdown of my payments, eg, breakfast club £50, afterschool club £450, and stamped it 'paid'.
She emailed me this and i uploaded it.
Just need to prove it is paid, and what for.
