High Court Writ

Please help me, I've had a high court writ come through the post and I thought the deadline to make an arrangement was today but it was actually yesterday. I know ive left it late even if the deadline was today but ive had a lot going on with job changes and my marriage breakdown it just took a back seat.

I've called them this morning and was really apologetic and the guy on the phone was just awful, I asked if it was still possible to make an arrangment and he said an enforcement agent had to visit me at my property to discuss it but they will just turn up. I offered £100 a month so hes put this on my record.

I'm really scared they will try take things from the house, I know im an idiot I dont want to be judged I just really want some advice on if anyone has experienced anything simiar and did you manage to make an arrangement?

I haven’t any experience but have you made a payment to show willing?

Meant to say sorry you have so many horrible events happening. Guy at High Court maybe has ‘heard it all before’ so to speak. I imagine they get all sorts spinning a lie and difficult to weed out the genuine pleas for help.

I cant pay anything until next week when I get paid and I've told them that.
I'm just so stupid, this is a feeling I dont want a repeat of ever.
