Part Exchange on New Home

Hi

Has anyone had any experience of getting a part exchange with Taylor Wimpey on a new build? They are offering 100% part exchange based on the home report that they undertake, my concern is that they will come up with a home report value below what we think it is!

It will be priced to sell with in 4 weeks so likely to be less than you are expecting. Me and my sister have both part ex (but not with Taylor wimpy) the process is really easy and much better than the worry of buyer dropping out, we have both managed to discounts on the new build so remember that even though you are part Ex you can still negotiate with new house price
