Just that really. I will admit I’d rather not pay squillions, I kind of want someone to explain things in words of one syllable.

The Personal Finance Society's website has a directory of advisers that can be searched by postcodeconsumers find one local to you. Or ask friends/family for a personal recommendation.

Honestly, some of its things I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know. I logged into my pension account and couldn’t make headnor tail of it, I have no idea whether I’ll be anything like okay.

I don’t want someone who will push products on me, but I think I also need to do better with accounts and savings and things.

Tbh, I could probably spend a few hours in money saving expert and work some of it out, but it boggles my brain!
