good morning. my aunt recently passed away in scottland and didnt leave a will. the next in line are her nieces and nephews. she left a house and some cash in the bank. my siblings want us to sell the property and share her estate. the question is can we share her savings before we sell the house, or do we have to wait and sell it before we share the estate?
