Tax Free Childcare - can I spread funds across all children?

I have 3 kids. 2 are in a nursery with fees of £1k/month each, and the other is in a nursery where the fee we pay is £600/month.

If I deposit into each of their tax free childcare accounts, and get the top up for each of £500 per 3 months, ie, £2k for each child for the 3 month period. Can I use the top up funds from the child who attends the less expensive nursery to pay the nursery bill for the 2 in the more expensive nursery? Does anyone know if that is allowed?

Hi
I don’t think you can because they have their own individual codes.. so the more expensive nursery would surely query why they have a code from a child who doesn’t attend?
