Checked credit report...... really confused

I’ve been checking my credit report through clear score for 2+ years now. Logged in tonight to be informed an address had been added. Checked through personal info tab and all looked the same. Even the addresses from 15 + years ago (never have understood why they need this info). I then logged on to my checkmyfile account.... I’ve been unregistered and the reregistered at my current address.... really don’t understand why, then I looked through all addresses they have and found 2 that aren’t mine, both in cities I’ve never even visited let alone lived in. I sent emails to notify them of this. My ex husband has been also added a a known association. He’s never appeared on there before haven’t even spoken to him for 6 years. I’m really confused by all this happening in the last 4-6 weeks. Is it something I should be worrying about? Will it be affecting my credit score? I don5 know why they can’t just make these thing a bit easier..........

I would absolutely be worried. Can you see if there are any new credit agreements?
I use equifax and they will alert me if there are any changes to my credit file.
I think I would follow up with a phone call tomorrow.
It might be nothing to worry about but it all seems a bit suspicious.

There isn’t any new agreements on there at the moment. On checkmyfile they use 4 credit reference agency’s including Equifax. But the changes all have come through one agency called callcredit. I just really don’t understand it at all.
