Child benefit

Upon looking around I think I was under the wrong impression that when I had my 4th I wasn't entitled to child benefit. He's now 14 months! How do I go about adding him and more importantly will I be in any trouble for not claiming for him!?

You claim like you did for the other 3 and you won't get in any trouble.
Didn't you get a form at the hospital for it?

No I didn't and when I asked my midwife she said they don't do them any more so I assumed I just couldn't claim since he was my 4th
