Overdraft

I have my current account with nationwide and have a £700 overdraft on it which I never used until around 6 months ago when I got into financial difficulty through changing job hours. I've been in contact with my bank and they have now taken the overdraft off me and we have agreed on a payment plan to pay it off.

I have opened a separate account for wages and DD to come out of but I'm waiting on a couple of refunds from Christmas presents that weren't any good and I am unable to change the account they'll go back into. Obviously when they go into my account the money will come off the overdraft payment and I won't be able to move it over to my other account. I have sent nationwide a message explaining the situation to see if there's anything that can be done but thought I would ask on here to see if anyone has been in the same situation? Someone has told me nationwide should be able to move the money over from their end but not 100% on this. Thank you
