Looking some advice.

I'm a single mother with a 6yr old,I have booked a holiday for us later in the year,his father pays £40 a week maintenance,I was looking to know if he would be financially responsible for paying any of the holiday, really grateful for any advice,thanks.

Short answer to that would be no. So long as he's paying maintenance he's not liable for anything else.
