Universal credit working hours rules - child, term-time working

Hi, I work term-time & am on tax credits. I may go onto UC due to circumstance change and was wondering if this affects things?

Also I work 25 hours term-time which I think is ok as my youngest is 11, but next year she will be 13. As I understand it they would then expect to earn the equivalent of 35 hours at NMW, do you know what this means in practice? E.g., if I worked 30 hours, term-time-only, at NMW, above NMW, so that my 30 hours are paid the same as someone on NMW for 35 hours would that be ok?

And more generally if you are on 25 and they say 'do more hours', and you go off to your employer and they say 'we'll give you 28 hours' or whatever, is there likely to be leniency?
