I kind of want to drive over to see the person who is using my identity

I won't. But what more can I do about this identity theft? Discovered today that my name and address have been used to order several hundred pounds' worth of clothing and to defer payment with Klarna, who have now contacted me for payment. I've reported it as fraud to Klarna and spoken to the shop (who gave me this master criminal's details as they had supplied a different delivery address, name and phone number to send the goods to), and reported it online with Action Fraud. Presumably this is the same person who recently tried to open two store accounts in my name. I haven't lost any money and my credit report was OK when I checked last time - I will do it again now. Apparently identity theft is not a crime? What else can I do?

I think I’ve read somewhere that you can put extra secuiry on your file with the credit agencies so anytime amyone wants credit they ask you for a password or do extra checks - sorry thats a bit vague ? I would also make sure you sign up for ‘2 factor identification’ so whenever a new payee is set up on your bank account you are notified.
