Closing down sale

Got two items from Ann summers yesterday in their closing down sale. I don’t want them anymore (long story)

Will they refund me even though they are closing down? I haven’t tried them on.

Also sorry if this is in the wrong place, I’m not sure where it should go.

They are not legally obliged to but may out of goodwill. Presumably it is just that branch closing.

Exchange may be your only option. They normally have a sign saying no refunds due to closing down or sale items
