Basically our eBay account was compromised resulting in fraudulent payments being taken from our credit card account through PayPal. We contacted the bank who credited the money whilst they investigated. They have now come back saying that as PayPal have confirmed that the ebay account matches the one linked to PayPal there is no fraud so are taking the money back. We had since closed the ebay account. Is there anything we can do to get this money back. It is four transactions totalling almost £200.
