Hi there, hope you can help as am feeling a bit paranoid. DH got a call today saying that someone had bought a BT phone using his details. They had his name address as DOB but paid with an account that wasn't ours - thankfully. BT flagged it up with DH and they stopped it for us. BUT is that enough? What can we do now? We'll get a credit report, but if something is on there that we didn't authorise, what do we do? Am really worried about it. What's the best course of action?
