Hello, I hope someone can shed some light on this issue. I work for NHS and when I went on mat leave I was on band 4 (earning about £1460). According to HR I am entitled to 8 weeks full pay, 18 weeks at half pay plus benefits, 13 weeks at SMP, 13 weeks unpaid leave. I opted to spread the pay over 9 months and payroll did not give me a breakdown of the pay no matter how many times I tried to contact them. I went on leave on 1/10, and for that month I got £344 and for this month I got £199. I was shocked to see this as I don't understand why it's so little. Does anyone else have the same experience? I think I have made a big mistake spreading the pay but I had no idea it would be so little
