Bank charges again: Anyone already in small claims court?

I have been trying to reclaim the bank charges as many people and now we are at the stage that I have filed at the small claims court and Nat West have filed their defence, asking me to provide all sorts of details (e.g why i am claiming that the bank charges are unlawful, etc.) - I don't really have time or energy to deal with this - should I give up now?
Anyone any experience of actually winning in court (and if so, do I need to hire a solicitor?)

Any advice much appreciated!

You must continue to fight. I am also waiting to hear back from Natwest re charges so I'm sure I will get a letter from them so disputing it.

Go to moneysavingexpert.com. They give loads of advice on what to do there.

yes you should fight it or they will ghet away with it and continue to charge.

Thanks for the tip - I sent back the documents, but don't hold much hope - it seems like only very few cases end up going to court, not sure why we were so unlcky
