Income Support payments suspended by TEXT. Why?

Hi, all
Please don't be rude about this, I have always worked until my Mother got very sick.

I got a text from the DWP saying I have had my Income Support suspended and I need to talk with them about this decision. I have no letter, missed calls or emails from them. Please could anyone help me understand why this may have happened?
The only thing that has changed is I have applied and been accepted onto a college course (everything is still getting organised), I have no bursaries or payments from the college.

I know I won't know for sure until I ring them tomorrow. But I'm very anxious and the last time I was in the job centre, I left in tears due to the way I was spoken too.

Any helpful advice over how to talk to these people and how I can sort this would be really appreciated.

Thank you :)
