Hi, I know this has been covered a lot already but cant find a thread that answers my question
I sent the initial letter to the Halifax requesting my bank statements, I received an acknowledgment saying they had a lot of requests but I would receive them within the 40 day time scale, today was the 40th day but havent received anything so what do I do now? - just sit and wait/send another letter/ring them?
I know a lot of you have already been through this so would appreciate your advice!!
