BANK CHARGES - any veterans or legal eagles who can advise me?

I sent my 2nd letter to the Co-operative (ha!) Bank on 10th May, requesting they refund my charges - used one of the templates from money saving expert - giving them 14 days to respond.

They did so, but with a standard letter saying they were looking into my complaint and would be in touch within 4 weeks. The four weeks was up today, & I've received another letter saying they need another 4 weeks to "fully investigate your request". Scumbags.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be very gratefully received...

Barclays informed me it would be 8weeks from date of letter etcm, and that was the legal amount of time that they had to respond.

Last day is Friday, still waiting lol
