Christmas pressies. Anyone bought from Studio?

Hi, so I've been having a browse on the studio website for Christmas presents, mainly for my 3 year old DD. Found this beautiful dolls pram which at better than half price seems great value, and actually a lot of their toys seem to be brilliant value. Only thing is I've never actually ordered from studio, and I'm a bit dubious about the quality of the products. Anyone ordered from here before? Are the products decent quality?

Also you have the option of spreading the cost over 3 months interest free. Which could be helpful if I decide to get a fait bit from studio. After that the interest rate goes up to 49.9% which seems a bit on the expensive side to me, so I would more than likely either pay up front or within the 3 months at least. As I understand it they despatch your order then send you a statement then it's up to you whether you pay in full or spread the cost.

Anyone used them before? Would you reccomend?

I’ve used them for about 6 years now, I tend to pay in full after the statement comes through.
The quality is quite good actually, I was surprised by how good and the personalised things are great. The customer service is also good, I’ve only ever had 2 minor issues which they sorted out straight away.

Another happy customer here!! Just kitted our family out with festive duvet sets!
To be handed out with the advent calendars on the 1st!!

@Sammilouwho I think I probably will give them a go. I love the fact that you can get personalised stuff too. I've noticed some of their branded toys aren't the best value but the wooden toys, personalised toys etc look great for the money. My DD is peppa mad at the moment and there's lots of great value peppa things in home baragains, B&M and Tesco at the mo, probably gonna be doing the majority of my Christmas shopping at those 3 shops and studio for her dolly's pram and a few personalised bits. Thanks for your reply Smile

The personalised dressing gowns are amazing, they make lovely presents :)

@santaisgettingbusy oooh I'll have to have a look at their duvet sets, I've just been looking at their Christmas PJ's too. It's gonna be really hard for me to not get carried away with the festive themed things 🙈

Yes they are great. I always pay in full too. They usually send you the goods then it can be up to 3-4 weeks before you get the bill. Their customer care is very good too.

I use them all the time, personalised wallets, pens and pajamas are great! Pretty reliable and fast but I pay in full.

I hate Studio with a passion. One year the item didn't arrive until after Christmas, last year the items took over a month, abysmal customer service to boot. It's a really draconian way of ordering, a very strange business. That said I got some cracking offers last year, I avoid them unless they really do have something at a price I can't get elsewhere. But have a back up plan.

Oh and that order that came after Christmas was made in the October....I had to continually chase.
