Hello. Could you please let me know if I'm legally required to check if my cleaner is allowed to work in UK? I was thinking of having either Brazillian or Polish cleaners.

I think your main priority is to trust your cleaner and get some references. She/he will have access to your most valuable possesion, which is your home!

I can't comment on choosing a Brazillian or Polish cleaner! What kind of question is that?

I've asked for a good cleaner and one of my friend recommended her Brazillian cleaner, another - Polish. That's why I've asked this question.
