CMS backdate payment

Hello.

My son hasn’t seen his dad since last August. But his dad has still paid the normal money. The normal money means including my son stayed with him fortnightly 2 nights.

Can I get them money backdated because he has not been staying 2 nights every two weeks so should pay more.

CMS will.only consider changing his payments from the date you tell them he hasn't been staying overnight with his dad. Ring them ASAP if this going to be a permanent change.
