I work in education where support assistants are all on different wages I appreciate some people will be more qualified but at the end of the day we are all doing the same duties I have asked my boss in writeing how to get to the top wages but so far they have ignored me any advice please we are talking over a one and a half thousand pound difference in pay scale for same job role!!!

Do you mean different pay bands, or same pay band and different amounts within that, because of length of service etc?

Its very rare in any profession for people on the same band to actually be earning exactly the same!
