I submitted my renewal for 17/18 around June 25th. I've still not heard anything when it said it would take 8 weeks (it's my first renewal, so not sure what's the norm)
I chased it after 8 weeks and got told it would be 10 weeks, then I got told they don't know how long it will be and I've just got to wait! I think I'm now at 15 weeks. Is this normal to be waiting this long? Anyone else still waiting?
I'm expecting some money back as my actual salary was a lot less than estimated due to mat leave and redundancy.
