my friend's uncle died in January, she got a letter informing her that she was named in the will and had to fill in some forms.SHe is still waiting to hear what she's been left.Sounds terribly greedy but she's wondering how long these things take as she hasn't heard a thing.

It took me about 6 months to sort out my Great aunts estate and over 2 years for my step dad! Really depends on how much shite to go through and if you have good (not greedy) solicitor.
