Hello. Does anybody know if i want to do the claim again as the first one has been cancelled due to not booking the interview in time do i need to start over again,create the account and put all details in? tks

I would imagine so yes but you may be able to use the same username and GOV.UK gateway account again. make sure you book ID appointment within a week.

Yes, you can sign into your account again and create a new claim. I had to do this when I claimed, got a couple of weeks' work, then needed to claim again after that.
