I will be debt free by the end of the year!

I have £1816 of debt and at just under £20/day until the end of 2018, I can clear it all and be debt free. I can not actually wait!! It’s not unmanageable or stressful at all but I just can’t wait to be able to say I don’t owe a single penny to anyone! I think it will be a lovely way to start 2019 and that is my driving force to get it paid.

What are your money goals for the end of the year?

Well done!
This year I have paid off my overdraft and credit card. I’m hoping to have my loan cleared by Xmas which will just leave 2 years of car finance Smile

Well done! I bet that's a great feeling.

I'm not in debt but struggling all the time. Want to start saving regularly - that's my goal. Been looking at apps such as Plum and Moneybox but yet to start anything.

That would be amazing to have savings too! I might be getting ahead of myself Grin

I've 2 credit cards both 0 per cent. One has 1200 left and another has 1700. I am hoping to pay back the 1700 one bu the end of the year. I've done loads of overtime at work to get some extra money to repay. Then I want to clear the remaining one in the first 4 months of next year. It's within reach and I can't wait.

My money goal is to start paying off my debts. We'll be moving into MILs house within the next few weeks. It will be tight - 3 adults and a toddler in a 2 bed house - but the house is rent and mortgage free so we will save £1000 a month. We should be debt free in a year and be able to start saving for our own home.

Should have mentioned, mine are substantially higher than those quoted on this thread. I alone have £6k of debt. I'm hoping to clear off £800-1000 by end of the year but this is only possibly if we move!

Well done. Don't forget to do your own Debt Free Scream when you make that last payment.
Debt Free Screams playlist: m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLN4yoAI6teRO_vPRzFxsaEYrx9f1-nE6i
For those with larger amounts of debt, watch some of those Debt Free Screams... some have paid off hundreds of thousands.

Ha I’ve never heard of the Debt free scream. I might do a little dance at home on my own Grin
