I partially returned an order, the website said returns take a maximum of 4 weeks which ended two weeks ago and still no refund or communication.
Since then I've been emailing the company but they're ignoring the emails. Funny, as before I placed the order I emailed to query something before buying and they managed to respond to that in less than half an hour.
If I continue to get nowhere with emailing where should I go from here? I didn't use PayPal unfortunately as it wasn't an accepted payment method on the site, but could I start a claim/ chargeback for this? Or is that only for unauthorized transactions?
