Will and leaving Children

Hi, can anyone tell me how is best/cheapest way to make a will (not that I have much to leave) but just sonit states what to do with my life insurance etc.

Also can I state who I want my children to live with. My eldest son barely sees his dad and I feel he is better off with my mum as there bond is amazing. My second son I am just not comfortable leaving with his dad due to the amount of mental health issues, gambling he's done in the past. He's never seemed help for the mental health issues and I didn't realise they were as bad until I was pregnant and he nearly jumped off a bridge. I have my reasons and they need to be able to live with my mum.

It might be best to get a proper will drawn up as child care is involved.

You can get a will done for free through the Red Cross :

You might want to make a small donation if you can afford to.
