Online order - no items

I've recently spent £56 on an online-only clothing store - that's a lot for me!

The T&Cs state that the items will be delivered 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

They also say they will send an email on dispatch.

I ordered 6 working days ago and still have no dispatch notification. I've tried emailing and tweeting them with no response. They have no phone number.

What can I do?!

I never buy from anywhere which doesn't display a physical address and phone number but that's no help to you now. Who is the company?

MintedLamb · 06/09/2018 14:41

What's the company?

purplecorkheart · 06/09/2018 14:46

What is the site? Are you sure it is legit? Did you pay by paypal/credit or debit card?

greeneggsandham1 · 06/09/2018 15:05

Yes, debit card. And www.allbitslondon.com.

It's owned by someone in the media spotlight so I assumed fine!

Has the money been taken from your account? If so try ringing your bank to get it refunded. If you explain the situation they'll probably put it down to a scam site and refund

greeneggsandham1 · 06/09/2018 15:34

Yes it's been debited. Hopefully I can open a dispute!

Aside from the fact they are trading illegally by not displaying a registered business address and phone number, have you tried contacting them via social media. Perhaps point out that they are not compliant with consumer contract regulations and as such you will be reporting them to trading standards.
