Step change

I am currently repaying a pretty large debt through step change. I have gone online to renew plan and kept most of the figures the same. The big change that I have put in is no longer receiving child benefit. However I have included child pocket money as I do contribute a little towards Dd at uni and couldn't find place for that. Admittedly some of other expenses a guesstimate. It won't accept plan and have been told to call.
Anyway anyone had experience of this?

The online system will only be able to deal with figures within their ‘guidelines’. If anything is outside of those amounts, they’ll most likely want to speak to you to check you haven’t made a mistake, you’re putting it in the right place etc. It’s nothing to worry about.

You can live chat with them - the advisers are really helpful and should be able to tell you what the issue is (you'll need your client ref)

Thanks will all. Overthinking this!
